Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station Docket No. 50-346, License No. NPF-3 10 CFR 50.90 419-321-7676 Fax: 419-321-7582 Request to Change Cyber Security Implementation Plan Milestone 8 Completion Date Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.90, FirstEnergy Nuclear Operating Company (FENOC) is requesting an amendment for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station (DBNPS)
Operating License.
An evaluation of the proposed amendment is enclosed. FENOC is requesting Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff approval by June 1, 2016 with an implementation period of 30 days following issuance of the amendment.
FENOC requests that the enclosure, which contains security-related information, be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390.
