In accordance with 10 CFR 50, Appendix E, Section IV, Paragraph 7.F.2.a, enclosed is the scenario for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station (DBNPS) Emergency Preparedness Evaluated Exercise Manual scheduled for May 14, 2013. The exercise manual contains the Exercise scenario and other materials, which provide specific details regarding exercise activities, and is considered confidential until the exercise has been conducted.
The 2013 Evaluated Exercise is a full participation Exercise involving the State of Ohio, Ottawa County, Lucas County and Sandusky County.
There are no regulatory commitments contained in this letter. Please provide any comments to Mr. James M. Vetter, Emergency Response Manager, at (419) 321 7393, no later than April 14, 2013.
