NuclearRegulatory Commission (NRC)approval wasoriginallyrequested by December 15,2011.FirstEnergy Corp.hassubsequently determined the dateforthe conversion of FirstEnergy NuclearGeneration Corp.to FirstEnergy NuclearGeneration, LLCto be October1,2012.Therefore, FENOCrequests NRCapproval of the license amendment on October1,2012withthe amendments beingimplemented within120 daysof approval.
