Perry Nuclear Power Plant Docket No. 50-440, License No. NPF-58 10 CFR 72.212(b)(1)(i) 90-Day Notification of Perry Nuclear Power Plant ISFSI Operations Pursuant to 10 CFR 72.212(b)(1)(i), FirstEnergy Nuclear Operating Company (FENOC) is required to inform the NRC at least 90 days prior to loading the first spent fuel storage cask'at the Perry NuclearPower Plant.(PNPP).. FENO.C ;
intends to load the first spent fuel storagecask and begin operations at-the PNPP independent spent fuel storage installation (ISFSI) on or about October 4, 2010.
