Beadier Valley Power Station (BVPS), Unit No. 1 and No. 2 BV-I Docket No. 50-334, License No. DPR-66 BV-2 Docket No. 50-412, License No. NPF-73 Revrised Pages for Draft BVPS Physical Security Plan As required by NRC Order EA-03-086 dated April 29, 2003, the FirstEnergy Nuclear Operating Company (FENOC) provided a proposed draft revision to the BVPS Physical Security Plan (PSP) on April 28, 2004 (L-04-043).
Subsequent FENOC submittals (L-04-123) on September 9, 2004 and (L-04-129) on September 30, 2004 modified the proposed BVPS PSP revision.
Additional PSP changes have been made based on comments provided by the NRC staff in telephone conference calls on October 11 and 12, 2004. The pages that have been revised are enclosed with this letter and supercede any versions of those pages previously submitted. Also enclosed are copies of two vendor drawings used as reference material during the review process.
In accordance with 10 CFR 73.21, the enclosure to this document has been determined to contain Safeguards Information, and is thereby exempt from public disclosure.
