Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit No. 1 and No. 2 BV-1 Docket No. 50-334, License No. DPR-66 BV-2 Docket No. 50-412, License No. NPF-73 Supplemental Reply to Order for Interim Safeguards and Security Compensatory Measures This letter provides a FirstEnergy Nuclear Operating Company (FENOC) supplemental response for Beaver Valley Power Station Units 1 & 2 to the Order for Interim Safeguards and Security Compensatory Measures, issued on February 25, 2002.
As required by the Order, a 20-day response for BVPS Units 1 and 2 was provided on March 15, 2002.
In a conference call on April 11, 2002, the NRC requested that supplemental information be provided regarding actions taken to address Interim Compensatory Measure (ICM)
B.5.e. of the Order. This requested information is provided in the Enclosure to this letter, as is some additional information regarding ICMs B.5.b and B.5.d that was also discussed during the call.
The information contained in the Enclosure to this letter is considered Safeguards Information under the provisions of 10 CFR 73.21, and is thereby exempt from public disclosure.
