SUMMARY

CHANGE NUMBER DESCRIPTION 1-002 Technical Specification bases were changed to reflect Amendment 247. Amendment 247 revised Technical Specification Section 3.9.3 to reduce the minimum decay time required prior to fuel movement from 150 hours0.00174 days <br />0.0417 hours <br />2.480159e-4 weeks <br />5.7075e-5 months <br /> to 100 hours0.00116 days <br />0.0278 hours <br />1.653439e-4 weeks <br />3.805e-5 months <br />.

1-003 Technical Specification bases were changed to reflect Amendments 243 and 248. Amendment 243 revised Technical Specifications to permit a 1.4-percent increase in the plant's operating power level. Amendment 248 modified Technical Specification 3.7.1.1, Main Steam Safety Valves (MSSVs),

maximum power levels permissible with inoperable MSSVs, clarified the bases for the determination of the total relieving capacity of the MSSVs and made other minor changes.

1-004 Technical Specification bases were changed to reflect Amendment 249. This amendment revised the heat-up and cool down pressure and temperature curves and the cold overpressure protection setpoints.
