Proposed License Amendment: Changes to the Reactor Vessel Material Surveillance Program, dated January 26, 2006.
Dear sir:
By letter dated January 26, 2006 (Reference), Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (ENO) proposed to amend the licensing bases for the James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant (JAFNPP) by changing to the BWRVIP reactor vessel material surveillance program.
On Ma:ch 27, 2006, a telecom was held per your Staff's request to obtain additional clarification regarding the reference letter. Attachment 1 to this letter provides the additional information requested during that telecom to clarify the previous proposed change to FSAR section 4.2.7.
