This refers to the inspection of your facility on September 30 and October 1,1985. The inspection was a review of your corrective actions described during the Enforcement Conference on September 12, 1985 The inspection results showed that most of your corrective actions were completed by October 1,1985. It is our understanding that you will begin dispensing radiopharmaceuticals when the linearity test on the replacement dose calibrator is completed and the results are within the limits specified by your license.
