Licensee Action on Previous Inspection Findings (Closed) Followup ltem (546/78-01-01) - Placing of concrete in conjested areas was not included in the concrete placement procedure, WPN-9.
WPN-9, Revision 7, June 28, 1978, Parca.aph 4.2.5 was reviewed by the inspector that identified this item and found to address the above concern. This item is closed.
(Closed) Followup Item (546/78-01-03) - Although concrete was not being produced, the aggregate storage pile was found to be frozen. To prevent the use of frozen aggregate the licensee has fabricat2d bar grates to be used on top of the hoppers, during freezing conditions. This item is closed.
(Closed) Followup Item (546/78-02-07) - Test results of cement samples supplied by the National Bureau of Standards, and tested according to ASTM C-114.
The results of the chemical analysis of the cement supplied to the licensee compared favorably with the actual values as established by the National Bureau of Standards.
