Exit Interview The inspection scope and findings were summarized on July 18, 1986, with those persons indicated in paragraph 1 above.
The inspector described areas inspected and discussed in detail the inspection findings.
No dissenting comments were received from the licensee. The licensee did not identify as proprietary any of the material provided to or reviewed by the inspector during this inspection.

Licensee Action on Previous Enforcement Matters (Closed) Unresolved Item 518/84-01-01 and 520/84-01-01, Maintenance and Inspection of Structures and Equipment During Suspension of Construction.
The inspector observed that class D storage areas were being maintained by the licensee and that safety related structures were no longer required to be maintained due to the plant being cancelled.

Inspection of Storage and Maintenance of Safety-Related Materials and Equipment The objective of this special inspection was to determine that nuclear safety class equipment, materials and plant facilities are being maintained to ensure that their integrity upon transfer to other nuclear facilities.

Observation of Work and Work Activities Major components and selected related equipment stored or installed in plant and.in warehouse are being maintained in accordance with the quality assurance program.

maintenance, handling and protection of safety related components in warehouse and within the plant, installed and in plant storage.
The components were inspected for adequate protective cover;. heaters installed and operational (where required ); protection from the elements; internal preservation; fire prot'ection and preventive maintenance.
The following safety related components were randomly selected by the inspector for verification of preventive maintenance:

Computer data cards specify the applicable preventive maintenance required to the component and the frequency thereof.
The preventive maintenance records for the above components were reviewed for completion of preventive maintenance within the required frequency.

Storage Facilities-The inspector toured Class A, B, and C storage warehouses. These were found to be well maintained.
Class A warehouses are equipped for humidity and temperature control, Class B warehouses are temperature

controlled and Class C provide protection from the elements.
The warehouses were access controlled, clean and protected against rodents.
Humidity and temperature, where required, was being maintained at acceptable ranges.
Within the areas examined, no violations or_ deviations were identified.
