NRC INSPECTION REPORT 05000498/2006008 AND 05000499/2006008
Dear Mr. Sheppard:
Because of an error in documenting the completed inspection in Section 2PS3 of the Radiation Protection Team Inspection conducted January 23 - 26, 2005, please take, in its entirety, this replacement report as enclosed in this letter. This enclosed report will be the replacement for missing text that was suppose to be on pages 7 - 8 of NRC Inspection Report 05000498/2006008 and 05000499/2006008.
