NOTICE OF VIOLATION (NRC INSPECTION HEPORTS 50-454/98010(DRS);
50-455/98010(DRS))
Dear Mr. Kingsley:
This will acknowledge receipt of your letter dated June 29,1998, in response to our letter dated May 28,1998, transmitting a Notice of Violation for the failure to properly adhere to radiation protection requirements. We have reviewed your corrective actions for the violations and have no further questions at this time. These corrective actions will be examined during future inspections.
