electrical raceway instalJation. The inspector examined the raceway in the control bui'iding, spreading room, and turbine area. The inspector observed portions of the control room equipment.

The inspector reviewed the licensees report. The inspector has no further questions.

6.
Electrical (Cables and Terminations) Review of Quality Assurance Implementing Procedures _(Units 1 and 2)
The inspector reviewed the Penetration Fire Stop and Pressure Seal procedure BNP-QCP 3.5 Revision 0.
The procedure defines the methods of installation and inspection of the penetration seals and fire stops.
The procedure includes the testing of the silicone foam prior to installation. The procedure conforms to the requirements of the FSAR.
Within the areas examined there were no items of noncompliance identified.
7.
Procedures Fire Prevention / Protection (Units 1 and 2)
The licensee has approved the Division of Construction Fire Plan as the project's fire plan. The plan includes a fire prevention procedure which controls the storage, handling and use of flammable materials, combustible materials and control of ignition sources in areas containing flammable materials.
The Public Safety Service (PSS) has been assigned the fire suppression activities which is using the fire plan, and National Fire Prevention Association (NFPA) Fire Codes for the use, testing and identification of fire suppression and auxiliary equipment.
The PSS has written plans for supervision, action plans and communications during site firefighting activities.
The licensee has approved the Division of Construction Fire Plan which will be controlled under the site procedure control sy-tem for revision, approval and distribution. The inspector observed two welding operations and one flame cutting operation to assure that the site procedures were being followed.
Within the areas examined there were no items of noncompliance identified.

480 Volt Motor Control Centers IEl-B, IE2-B and IE3-B The equipment was examined to assure that receiving inspection, storage, handling, identification, and storage inspection requirements were complied with. The control of nonconformances was reviewed to assure that the requirements for segregation and identification of nonconforming material were complied with.
Within the areas examined there were no' items of nonccmpliance identified.

Electrical (Components and Systems II) Review of Quality Records TUnit 1)
The inspector selected the equipment identified in paragraph 8 for a t
quality records review to assure that the FSAR requirements were being followed in the areas of receipt inspection and material certification.
The inspector selected ten nonconformance reports (NCR) as follows: 771, 772, 815, 822, 836, 810, 834, 839, 863 and 832.
The above NCRs were reviewed to assure that current status, QC review and that they were retrievable. The NCRs contained corrective action and the present status. The inspector selected two QA audits to assure that the required audits were performed, the deficiencies were corrected and that nonrecurrance actions were defined.
Within the areas examined there were ao items of nuncompliance identified.
