Pursuantto the provisions of 10 CFR 2.201, Reference 2 provided NextEra Energy Duane Arnold's reply to Notice of Violation VIO 05000331/2014010-01.
The purpose of this letter is to inform you that NextEra Energy Duane Arnold has completed the corrective actions commjtted to in Reference 2. Specifically, this letter documents the completion of the following:
NextEra Energy Duane Arnold has completed installation of seamless plastic inner conduits and replacement cables as described in the Enclosure to Reference 2. This corrective action has returned the nine conduits discussed in the NOV to the designed, dry condition.
