The records were in accordance with Bechtel's PSP G-5.1, Revision 3; Field Procedure General, FPG No. 5.000, Revision 2.
The RIII inspector determined that ten (10)
of the seven-day Maintenance Information records, F-10-21, required per FPG No. 5.000 and completed between July 1, 1977 and January 30, 1978 for 4160 volt switchgear did not identify the specific units that were inspected.
However, the responsible Bechtel Field Engineer stated that there were only four Class IE switchgear units and that the requirements of the F-10-21 were completed for all four units for each seven-day inspection period.
The licensee stated that the_ ten-(10) records -would be. changed 'to identify the. specific. units.. inspected and_that meashres-would-be establishedtto require specific.identifioition on future"--
records.

Bechtel Power Corporation has recently adopted a Monitoring Program which replaces many of the audit functions.
The QA Quality Monitor Schedule for the first quarter of 1978 includes monitoring of receipt and storage activities.
