D. C. COOK NUCLEAR POWER PLANT, UNITS 1 AND 2 NRC SECURITY BASELINE INSPECTION REPORT 05000315/2006401; 05000316/2006401
Dear Mr. Nazar:
This refers to the inspection conducted on October 16 through October 20, 2006, at the D. C. Cook Nuclear Power Plant. The purpose of the inspection was to complete a security baseline inspection. The enclosed report presents the results of this inspection, which were discussed on October 20, with Mr. Peifer and other members of your staff.
The inspection examined activities conducted under your license as they relate to security and compliance with the Commissions rules and regulations and with the conditions of your license.
The inspector reviewed selected procedures and records, observed activities, and interviewed personnel.
Based on the results of this inspection no findings of significance were identified.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room, or from the Enclosure Contains Sensitive Unclassified Non-Safeguards Information. Upon separation, this page is decontrolled. Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's document system (ADAMS),
