NOTICE OF VIOLATION(NRC INSPECTION REPORT NO. 50-315/96010(DRS);50-316/96010(DRS)
Dear Mr. Fitzpatrick:
This will acknowledge receipt of your letter dated November 8, 1996, in response to our letter dated September 27, 1996, transmitting a Notice of Violation associated with test control at the D. C. Cook Nuclear Plant.
We have reviewed your corrective actions and have no further questions at this time. These corrective actions will be examined during future inspections.
