NRC INTEGRATED INSPECTION REPORT NO. 50-315/316-96004(DRP) AND NOTICE OF VIOLATION j
Dear Mr. Fitzpatrick:
This will acknowledge receipt vi vour letter dated February 17, 1997, in response to our letter dated May 16, 1996, transmitting a Notice of Violation.
The Notice of Violation concerned two violations, the first involved your
failure to conduct appropriate reviews of temporary changes to procedures and
'
the second violation involved the failure to perform Post Accident Sampling System (PASS) quality control activities in accordance with required
'
procedures.
We have reviewed your corrective actions regarding the second violation and have no further questions. With regard to the first violation, we are in the process of reviewing your corrective actions, and we will review the supplemental information which will be provided related to this violation.
We understand that you plan to submit the additional information by April 14,
