PEACH BOTTOM ATOMIC POWER STATION NRC EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS ANNUAL INSPECTION REPORT NOS. 05000277/2009501 AND 05000278/2009501; NRC SECURITY ANNUAL INSPECTION REPORT NOS. 05000277/2009401 AND 05000278/2009401
Dear Mr. Pardee:
On December 31, 2009, the NRC staff completed its annual inspection of the Emergency Preparedness Program at Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station. This inspection began on January 1,2009. Issuance of this letter closes Inspection Reports 05000277/2009501 and 05000278/2009501. Inspection activities charged to these reports include conducting mid cycle/end of cycle assessment activities, responding to technical questions from resident inspectors or licensee personnel, and, in some cases, performing traditional enforcement activities. Any observations and findings in this area were provided to you via separate correspondence..
On December 31, 2009, the NRC staff also completed its annual inspection of the Security Program at Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station. This inspection began on January 1. 2009.
Issuance of this letter closes Inspection Reports 05000277/2009401, and 05000278/2009401.
Inspection activities charged to these reports include conducting mid-cycle/end of cycle assessment activities, following up on Suspicious Incident Database (SID) reports, responding to technical questions from resident inspectors or licensee personnel, and. in some cases, performing traditional enforcement activities. Any observations and findings in this area were provided to you via separate correspondence.
