1.0 INTRODUCTION AND OVERVIEW The NRC examiner conducted this replacement examination for one Reactor Operator (RO). This was a retake examination in which the individual previously past the written portion of the examinatio The examination was administered in accordance with NUREG 1021, Rev. 5, dated January 1, 1989, Examiner Standards (ES). The results are summarized belo $ R0 5 SR0 E E Pass / Fail B Pass / Fail E E E E E E E E EWritten E N/A E N / A E E E I E E E E E E0perating I 1/0 E N / A E E E E E E I E E E0verall E 1/0 5 N / A E E E E E 2.0 EXAMINATION RELATED FINDINGS / CONCLUSIONS No general strengths and deficiencies were noted on the operating tes .0 ADDITIONAL FINDINGS The examiner noted during the operating test that the applicant needed a considerable time to find the appropriate system operating (S0) procedures in the control room due to the lack of appropriate identification or conflicting identification on the outside on the 50 procedure binder This did not reflect the applicants ability, only on the quality of the binders housing the new S0 procedure Licensee representatives indicated that the condition of the 50 procedure binders was temporary and was caused by the introduction of the new S0 procedures into the control room. The introduction of the new S0 procedures is continuing for restart.
