NRC INSPECTION REPORT 05000275/2014404 AND 05000323/2014404
Dear Mr. Halpin:
This Errata corrects an error to page 15 of the Enclosure and the first page of the Attachment, Supplemental Information, for NRC Inspection Report 05000275/2014404 and 05000323/2014404, dated August 27, 2014, by changing Unresolved Item (URI)
number from URI 05000275, 323/2014404-01 to URI 05000275, 323/2014404-05.
Please replace the Enclosure, page 15, and the Attachment, first page, with the enclosed revised pages.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's Agencywide Document Access and Management System (ADAMS). ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).
However, the material enclosed herewith contains Security-Related Information in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1) and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals could present a security vulnerability.
