Lee stated they are experiencing difficulty recruit.ing galified r:-ople to staff tho field engineer positions. However, he stated that before the $nspector's next visit in early March all positions should be filled and an organization chart published. The inspector vill review percennel

organization again during the next inspection with particular emphasis given to the personnel responsible for quality assuranco at the cito.

Site Tour, The inspector ccccupanied Lee, Dick, Rogers and Wolls on a site orien-tation tour. Included in the tour was a visit to the concreto batch plant located about 9 niles from the cenatruction aite.

It was noted during the inspecticn of Unit.Uo.1 that the contairment buildind pad is being placed in coctions rather than in eno centinuous Three of seven cections in the first 5' lift havo been placed.
