Inspection 50-201/79-03 This refers to your letter dated October 5, 1979, in response to our letter dated September 21, 1979.
Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive actions documented in your letter.
These actions will be examined during a subsequent inspection of your licensed program.
In regard to Item 1, we find your reply unacceptable in that it is incomplete and lacks sufficient detail.
Section 2.101 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice" requires that your reply include the following information:
1) Corrective steps which have been taken by you and the results achieved; 2) Corrective steps which will be taken to avoid further items of noncompliance; and 3) the
date when full compliance will be achieved.
Consequently, you must submit a reply which describes those actions taken or planned that will achieve compli-ance with Section 3.6.1.2 and 4.2.1 of the Nuclear Fuel Services Physical Protection Plan.
