Areas Inspected:
Implementation of accepted security plan and applicable 1.icense Conditions relative to:
Security Plan; Security Organization; Physical Barriers; Access Controls; Keys, Locks and Combinations; Detection Aids; Response Controls; Central Alarm and Communication System; Testing and Maintenance; S!4M Protection; Records and Reports; and Reports of Incidents.
The inspection involved 54 inspector hours onsite by two Regional based NRC inspectors. The inspection was begun during an offshift period; 6 inspection hours were spent during off shift periods.
Resul ts :
The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements within the 12 areas examined during the inspection with the exception of the following two items:
1.
Detection Aids - A CCTV camera was found which could not meet its performance requirements (Infraction).
2.
Records and Reports - The licensee failed to record the details of alarm response (Deficiency).
