NRC Inspection This refers to the inspection conducted by Messers. B. Brock and Y. Kobori of this office on February 13-15, 1980 of activities authorized under flRC License flos. R-67 and R-38.
It also refers to the discussion of our inspec-tion findings with you and f4r. C. Wisham at the conclusion of the inspection.
The areas examined during the inspection included your program for controll-ing and accounting for special nuclear material pursuant to applicable pro-visions of Part 70, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, and specific re-quirements of your license. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and records, interviews with personnel and observations by the inspector.
fio items of noncompliance with NRC requirements were identified within the scope of this inspection.
In accordance with Section 2.790(d) of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, documentation of findings of your control and accounting procedures for safeguarding special nuclear mater-ials are exempt from disclosure; therefore, the inspection report will not be placed in the Public Document Room and will receive limited distribution.
