Areas Inspected:
Special Nuclear Material Control and Accountability Inspection including possession, use and accounting of SNM. This included a review of Facility Organization and Operation; Measurement and Statistical Controls; Shipping and Receiving; Storage and Internal Controls; Inventory Records and Reports.
Results:
The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements in the areas examined.
The licensee has implemented an adequate and effective program to account for and control SNM in their possession.

At the beginning of the inspection, Mr. R. Myser of the licensee's staff was informed of the purpose of this inspection, it's scope and the topical areas to be examined.

The inspector met with the licensee representatives, denoted in Section 1, at the conclusion of onsite inspection activities. A general description of the scope and conduct of the inspection was
