Inspection No. 50-54/80-02 This refers to the inspection conducted by Miss Lisa M. McKeown of this office on April 14-17, 1980, of activities authorized by NRC License No. R-81 and to the discussions oT our findings held by Miss McKeown with Mr. M. Voth and members of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the Office of Inspection and Enforcement Inspection Report which is enclosed with this letter. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinatiens of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector.
Our inspector also reviewed the steps you have taken to correct the item of noncompliance brought to your attention in a leXter dated November 2,1979.
With regard to this previous item of noncompliance resolution of this matter is held in abeyance pending review and detemination by t.;e Office Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards.
Within the scope of this inspection, no items of noncompliance were observed.
In accordance with Section 2.790(d) of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, documentation of your contro'- and account-ing procedures for safeguarding special nuclear materials and your facility securMy nrocedures are exempt from disclosure; therefore, the enclosed inspc-tion report will not be placed in tne Public Document Room and will receive limited distribution.
No reply to this letter is required; however, should you have any questions concerning this inspection, we will be pleased to discuss them with you.

Routine, Unannounced Inspection, Acril 14-17, 1980 (Report No. 50-54/80-02)
Areas Inspected:
Included a review of Security Plan, Protection of SNM, Security Organization, Access Control, Alarm Systems, Keys, Locks and Combinations, Communi-cations, Surveillance, Procedures, Security Program Review and Radiological Sabotage.
The inspection was begun during regular duties hours and involved 27 inspector hours onsite by one regional based NRC inspector.
Three inspection hours were accomplished during offshift periods.
Results_:
Within the scope of the 11 areas examined during the ce'trse of this inspec-tion, no appavent items of noncompliance were identified.
