Thank you for your letter of May 14, 1986, in response to our letter and the attached Notice of Violation dated April 30, 1986. We have reviewed your reply and find it responsive to the concerns raised in our Notice of Violation. We will review the implementation of your corrective actions during a future inspection to determine that full compliance has been achieved and will be maintained.

Dear Mr.Bangart:

We received your notice of violations for NRC Inspection dated February 26, 1986.

1. Each man was instructed to,make surveys each dey as per I State and Federal Regulations, this man has been instructed this must be done every day and we will not tolerate l violations. Full compliance was achieved February 27, 1986.

2. We had instructed all our employees to recharge their dosimeters at the beginning of each shift, these two individuals have been trained the same as all other employees, they were negligent in this respect but have assured us this will not happen again. Full compliance ,
