Dear Mr. Durkovich:
This is in response to your letter dated March 22, 1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), three categories of records concerning the application submitted in 1967 or 1968 by St. I Joseph Hospital in Albuouerque, New Mexico, for a license for an AECL Cobelt 60 Radiotheraphy Machine, the actual license granted St. Joseph Hospital for the Cobalt 60 Machine; and AEC/NRC regulations covering the use and operation of the Cobalt 60 Machine.
As Alzonia Shepard of my staff indicated in the telephcre conversation with you on April 5, 1985, the records which you are requesting and all license records for licensees in the State of f.'ew Mexico were transferred in May,1974, when New Mexico became an Agreement State.
