Nuclear Onsite Property Damage Insurance In accordance with the requirements of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 50 Section 54, Conditions of licenses subsection (w)(3), Holtec Decommissioning International, LLC (HDI) on behalf of Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station (Oyster Creek), Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station (Pilgrim), Indian Point Nuclear Generating Station Units 1, 2, and 3 (IPEC), and Big Rock Point (BRP), and Holtec Palisades on behalf of Palisades Nuclear Plant (PNP), hereby submits the annual report with the current levels of insurance or financial security and the sources of this insurance or financial security. In accordance with 10 CPR 50.54(w)(3), this report is required to be submitted by April 1st of each year.

The following insurance policies provide coverage that satisfies the criteria specified in 10 CFR 50.54(w). The coverage amounts at Oyster Creek, Pilgrim, IPEC, and BRP reflect exemptions from the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(w)(1) regarding the amount of onsite property insurance. These exemptions were granted by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) for the decommissioning sites as documented in the References.
