The Supply System, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54 (a)(3), has made changes to the U.S.
Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) approved topical report, "Operational Quality Assurance Program Description (WPPSS-QA-004)."
Revision 18 and 19 to the OQAPD were necessary to reflect management and organizational changes.
These revisions modify the reporting responsibilities as listed below:
