SUMMARY

Columbia Generating Station entered the month of DecIember at full power.

On December 12th the plant reduced power to about 80% for a scheduled downpower to do bypass valves testing, control rod stroke time testing, and scram time teesting.

Power was restored to 100% the next day.

The Station ended the month of Delcember at full power.
