In accordance with Title 10 Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 72.212(b)(2), Entergy Operations, Inc. is required to register use of each cask with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) no later than 30 days after using that cask to store spent fuel. This letter serves as notification that the following casks were placed in service:
- October 29, 2015 HI-STORM Cask serial number 779 containing Multi-Purpose Canister (MPC) serial number 470
- November 3, 2015 HI-STORM Cask serial number 780 containing Multi-Purpose Canister (MPC) serial number 471
