2.1 Reactor Core Safety Limits (SL 2.1.1)
In MODES I and 2, the combination of THERMAL POWER, Reactor Coolant System (RCS) highest loop average temperature, and pressurizer pressure shall not exceed the limits in Figure 2.1.

The 300 PPM MTC Surveillance limit is -41 pcm/OF (equilibrium, all rods withdrawn, RATED THERMAL POWER condition).
The 60 PPM MTC Surveillance limit is -46 pcm/OF (equilibrium, all rods.withdrawn, RATED THERMAL POWER condition).
