Title	Stuck Shutter
Event Description	The following information was provided by the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality (LDEQ) via email: On January 07, 2026, Chalmette Refining, LLC contacted LDEQ concerning a stuck shutter on a fixed gauge identified on January 6, 2026. The shutter is stuck in the open position. The fixed gauge is located on the acid evacuation drum. The licensee has determined that it will be replacing the fixed gauge housing and source with a new fixed gauge housing and source. Gauge: Ohmart model SH-F2B, S/N 1135CM Source: Cs-137, 0.8 Ci, model A-2102 LA event report ID number: LA20260001
