| Event Description | A Supplemental Supervisor failed a random Fitness For Duty test as determined by the Medical Review Officer. Unescorted access has been revoked pending review. Work performance investigation will be conducted. This event is being reported in accordance with 10CFR26.719(b)(2)(i).
The licensee will notify the State of New Jersey and Delaware. The licensee has notified the NRC Resident Inspector. |
