| Title | Stuck Shutter on a Level Detector |
| Event Description | One source holders for a Ronan Engineering, model GS-400, level detector had the shutter door seized in the open position which is the normal operating position. The licensee was unable to free up the shutter at their facility and has contacted the manufacturer (Ronan) for assistance. The source is secure and not leaking. The radiation levels are normal around the device. There is no possibility of exposure to individuals due to the active beam not being accessible.
