| Title | Loss of Greater than 25% of Epz Sirens Due to Weather |
| Event Description | Limerick Generating Station reports a loss of >25% of the EPZ sirens for greater than 1 hour1.157407e-5 days <br />2.777778e-4 hours <br />1.653439e-6 weeks <br />3.805e-7 months <br />. Forty eight of the 165 offsite sirens are not functioning due to loss of power related to the recent storm.
The licensee has notified the NRC Resident Inspector, and state and local government. A press release may be issued. |
