| Event Description | On 10/26/11 at approximately 11:25 a.m., while performing siren encoder maintenance and testing, the siren vendor inadvertently activated the EPZ sirens. New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Vermont and local emergency management directors were notified of the event. |
