| Event Description | Event Description: Security Officer fatality onsite - apparent heart attack.
Action Taken: Called local ambulance company (Rescue, Inc.). Additional security personnel performed CPR. The licensee stated that the Security Officer was on break at the time of the fatality. The licensee notified the NRC Resident Inspector and will be notifying the State of Vermont. |
