Title	Inadvertant Actuation of Emergency Notification Sirens
Event Description	The purpose of this report is to provide a telephone notification under 10CFR50.72(b)(2)(xi) to notify the NRC of the inadvertent actuation of the Oswego County emergency notification sirens at approximately 1030 on 4/13/06. Oswego County is participating in a radiological exercise involving a simulated emergency at the James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant. It was during the simulated exercise that the sirens were inadvertently actuated. The Oswego County Emergency Management Office issued a News Release identifying the inadvertent actuation of the emergency sirens. The NRC Sr. Resident Inspector has been notified.
