These changes to not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the PSP and are submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p). identifies and describes the reasons for the changes. provides the changed pages for insertion into Revision 18 of the PSP.
The changed sections on each page are indicated with revision bars.
