Enclosures 1, 2, and 3 contain safeguards information regarding changes to the Diablo Canyon Power Plant Physical Security Plan (PSP).
These changes to not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the PSP and are submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p).
