On August 19, 1991, in a conversation between Dennis Schaefer (NRv Region V) and Larry Fisher (DCPP Security), it was agreed that PG&E would resubmit a change page for Change 6 to Revision 17 of the Physical Security Plan, which was submitted in PG&E Letter DCL-91-140, dated May 24, 1991.
This change page is being resubmitted for clarification purposes only and does not decrqase the safeguards effectiveness of tne plan.
The enclosure to this letter contains safeguards information and must be protected in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21.
