Which has been implemented to Revision 11 of the Diablo Canyon Power Plant
$S Security Plan. identifies and describes the change while Ma Eiiclosure 2 consists of a replacement page for your copy of the Plan.
Enclosupe 3 is a revised drawing, which is part of the Security Plan and is
'tifentified in Appendix C to the Plan. A vertical line in the right-hand
- margin of the replacement page identifies the location of the change. This r hange does not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Plan and is c
submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p).
The enclosures contain safeguards information which is to be protected against unauthorized disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21.
