Dear Ms. Veil:
In Reference 1, Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) submitted a request for a one-time exemption from the two-year eligibility requirement of 10 CFR 55.47(a)(1) for a prospective Senior Reactor Operator applicant. In Reference 2, the NRC Staff provided a request for additional information (RAI). The enclosure to this letter provides PG&Es response to the RAI.
The enclosure contains personal information. PG&E requests that the information contained in the enclosure be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(a)(6).
PG&E makes no new or revised regulatory commitments (as defined by NEI 99-04) in this letter.
