The file was prepared in accordance with NUREG/BR-0006, Revision 8, "Instructions for Completing Nuclear Material Transaction Reports," dated April1, 2017, and Nuclear Materials Management and Safeguards System (NMMSS)

Report D-24, "Personal Computer Data Input for Nuclear Regulatory Commission Licensees," dated August 1, 2016.

Pacific Gas and Electric Company makes no new or revised regulatory commitments (as defined by NEI 99-04) in this report.
