Dear Commissioners and Staff:
As required by 10 CFR 50.54(p) and 10 CFR 72.44(e), Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) hereby submits Revision 13 of the Diablo Canyon Power Plant (DCPP) Physical Security Plan (PSP), with the following appendices:
"Appendix A: Glossary of Terms and Acronyms "Appendix B: Training and Qualification Plan
- Appendix C: Safeguards Contingency Plan
.. Appendix D: Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) Security Program PG&E determined that the changes made to the PSP and appendices do 'not decrease safeguards effectiveness of the PSP. contains a Table of Changes to DCPP's PSP and appendices, 10 CFR 50.54(p) evaluations and supporting documentation. Enclosure 1 contains Safeguards Information, which shall be withheld from public disclosure under 10 CFR 73.21, "Protection of Safeguards Information: Performance Requirements." is Revision 13 of DCPP's PSP with appendices. Enclosure 2 contains Safeguards Information, which shall be withheld from public disclosure under 10 CFR 73.21, "Protection of Safeguards Information: Performance Requirements."
