As required by 10 CFR 50.54(w)(3), listed below is the annual reporting of nuclear property insurance coverage with Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited (NEIL) for the Diablo Canyon Power Plant (DCPP) and Humboldt Bay Power Plant (HBPP):

The Policy Number is A14/1006/2016/0 for the 'l Policy Period April1, 2016, to April1, 2017.

PG&E makes no new or revised regulatory commitments (as defined by NEI 99-04) in this letter.
